This year’s World Patient Safety Day [September 17], with the theme “Medication Without Harm,” was dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of safe medication administration.
At some point in our lives, we have used medications. Either to treat an illness, prevent one, or even boost our immunity [vitamins and supplements].
